Case Studies in Transition to Virtual Events

The Core Management Company transitioned all our clients to virtual events for the better part of 2020. During September through December, we produced five virtual conferences with a combined total of approximately 2,000 attendees, over 100 educational sessions, and 50 exhibit booths.

As an association management company, we serve a wide array of associations. For one of our clients, the decision to move their scheduled in-person event to a virtual one was exceedingly difficult, but it paid off. They experienced an increase in attendance by almost 15% and a net profit of 600% over the initial in-person budget!
